Challenge Update - Pony Party Picture Magnet

The challenge yesterday was to use a product you had at home but hadn't used yet. I decided to use the Stampin' Up! stamp set called Pony Party (item #115217).

Decided that it would be fun to make this a tiny design/picture. I used the Stampin' Up! watercolor crayons and the blender pen to color the images on our watercolor paper. Added a bit of glitter glue to accent the wings. I used the Stampin' Marker to hand draw in the grass. Attached using SNAIL adhesive to Pumpkin Pie card stock. The Pumpkin Pie paper was accented with Rich Razzleberry Polka Dot Ribbon and Filigree Brad. All were attached to a 4" coaster. Using the Crop-A-Dile (LOVE IT) I was able to punch a hole thru the ribbon, card stock and the coaster so that the Filigree Brad could be attached all the way thru. Then using SNAIL adhesive attached another piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock to cover the brad end and ends of the ribbon that was wrapped around the paper and coaster. The final step was to attach a magnetic strip (the kind you can cut with a pair of scissors).

I thought it was so cute, and am very pleased with the results. It currently has a place of honor on our refrigerator here at home. It was fun to use a coaster too to add a new element that I had not used before.
