I'm so excited that in the Stampin' Up! Occasions Mini we will have 1/2" seam binding ribbon in 7 colors!!!  (Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke, Baja Breeze, Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, and Rose Red).   I'm showcasing the Cherry Cobbler one in today's blog post.  Occasions Mini Catalog is valid January 4 thru April 30, 2011.   This is a sneak peek at the ribbon and fabric brads.  These cards used the tissue paper stamping technique.

NOTE:  Sneak Peek of one of our new fabric brads!!!!!!  You will get 24 brads, 4 ea of 6 designs.  They are gorgeous.  I know I will use them often.

Then I made sugar free banana bread, wrapped it in foil and easily tied it with our Seam Binding Ribbon.   The ribbon is so easy to use.  It is very lightweight and flexible.

The Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, and Always Artichoke Seam Binding Ribbon is currently available in the Holiday Mini Catalog on Pg 21.   The 4 new color mentioned above will be in the Occasions Mini along with these 3 colors.   The following are available NOW:
Very Vanilla, item #120999
Cherry Cobbler, item #120992
Always Artichoke, item #121000

Wanted to share the recipe for the banana bread with you.  It definitely can be doubled if you would like to make 2 large loaves.  The bread freezes well too.

Easy Banana Bread
From Cooks.com
Makes 1 Loaf

3 bananas, well mashed
1 cup sugar (I substitute 1 cup of Splenda)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cup flour (1 cup can be whole wheat)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt (personally, I always omit this)

Preheat overn to 350 degrees.  Mash bananas in mixing bowl.  Add sugar, eggs and oil, mixing well each time.  Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture.  Pour in greased 5 x9 load pan and bake 55 - 60 minutes.

ENJOY ....
