Entries only valid if customer lives in the US and ships their order within the US.

The number of chances entered in to the drawing is determined by the amount of the order placed before tax and shipping charges are added in. For example:

$100.01 to $150 ... 3 chances
$150.01 to $200 ... 4 chances
