Clear Envelope Brag Book - Photo Album Tutorial

The workshop yesterday was so much fun, I just have to share the projects with you. We actually made 4 different items, so this will be a 2 part blog entry.

The first project I want to share with you is the Brag Book/Photo Album that we made. We used the watercolor crayons to color the images and used chocolate chip classic stamp pad for the ink. Also hooked the album together using our Crop-A-Dile and jumbo pewter eyelets. I used the A1 setting on the Crop-A-Dile for the eyelets.

Products Used: (all from main Stampin' Up! catalog unless otherwise noted)

B54 clear bags for the photo storage http://www.clearbags.com/ used 5 clear bags

#109047 Corner Rounder Paper Punch Pg 184

Directions for making the photo album are on Splitcoaststampers:

The brag book will hold a total of 10 photos. We used the eyelets to finish off the brag book, holding it together. Felt it gave it more stability/durability than just ribbon would. If you want to make this more feminine, along with changing the stamp sets used just tie a bow thru the eyelets and add in some silk flowers like we have in our "Pretties Kit on Pg 175 ... #109114.

There are so many possibilities with this brag book. It can be used to show off your photos, given as a gift, given as a remembrance of a special occasion. The sky is the limit on what you can do. For those of you who are scrapbookers or card makers, you could use this as a small display book of examples for pages and cards.
