Two-Step Stamping Samples

Today I would like to share a couple of samples that I made using the two-step stamping technique for the large flower. First I stamped the solid area of the flower, then using a Stamp-a-ma-jig stamped the outline image and the stem.

My first sample I created my own Designer Series Paper by using Whisper White Card Stock and then stamped images in Melon Mambo over the front area of the card. Such an easy way to dress up a card. This card is a gate fold card, it opens in the middle (see 3rd photo).

My second sample was made using the Crinkle Background Technique for the card base. I used a lighter pink to accent the main design.

This is a photo of how the gate fold card opens. This card will also fit an A-2 envelope so is a standard size card.

The stamps set used on both cards is called Awash With Flowers and is available now thru a special promotion from Stampin' Up! All the details are on my blog, CLICK HERE for more information.

I will be posting a tutorial soon on how to do the Two - Step stamping using the Stamp-a-ma-jig. What a great tool for perfect placement of designs. The Stamp-a-ma-jig is item #101049 and is $11.95 thru Stampin' Up!
