Directions for this card:
Step1 … creating the faux metal piece:
1. Attach the faux metal contact paper to a 6” x 6” piece of cardstock
2. Run thru the Big Shot using the Top Note Die (faux metal side facing the die)
3. Put the Top Note piece in an embossing folder of your choice and emboss using the Big Shot.
Step 2 … Assembling the card:
1. Score the piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock (5 ½ x 8 ½”) at 4 ¼”. Crisply fold using bone folder. This is your card base.
2. Attach the Very Vanilla Ribbon (5” length) by centering it to the piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) – Deck the Halls (2 ¾” x 4 ¼”) with a little bit of adhesive, then scotch tape to the ends to attach to the back.
3. Using Sticky Strip or SNAIL Adhesive attach DSP with ribbon to the card base lining it up with the left side of card base.
4. Using dimensionals, attach embossed Top Note Faux Metal piece to the card base centering it.
5. Stamp your sentiment using Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink on a small piece (3” x 3” of Very Vanilla Card Stock. Then punch out the sentiment using the Decorative Label Extra-Large Paper Punch.
6. Sponge sentiment with Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink, then attached to card using dimensionals.
