4 1/2" x 3". I scored this piece horizontally at 1/2" and 1", then folded and glued the smallest fold area to the card.
Here's another view to show how it is placed/folded.

NOTE: These cards will not lay flat on their own. They are meant to be open and displayed. I put mine in plastic protective sleeves that have adhesive on the flap to keep them folded and flat until ready to be mailed.
